Bespoke Research £30 per hour

A bespoke research service is available by the hour for more specific or detailed search requests such as Company histories, in-depth research on a particular individual, or your family history told as a readable story as an additional report to complement the standard genealogy reports already included in the fixed price research.

This type of research would be discussed and agreed in advance of the commission. The total research hours can either be fixed or flexible to suit your budget. The finished product ranges between a large narrative contextual report, including images, social history and maps using a wide range of sources outside of those included in the fixed price research, to a shorter, less detailed study. Bespoke research can also be personalised with your family photographs or images of personal artefacts.

For clients who live outside the UK, the hourly rate is approximated to $45 or  €40 per hour. The Bank of England's Sterling exchange rate will be used to calculate the final cost per hour at the time the research is commissioned.
